Spend your days exploring beaches, walking trails, and local cafe, then return home to your tranquil hideaway, where you can watch the sunset glow, relax with drink, or stargaze from your private outdoor area. This listing is for a one bedroom, lounge, kitchen & bathroom in one cabin "Sunrise" on a 10 acre property in Agnes Water/1770 & It is 1.5 hours drive from Bundaberg & Gladstone each way. The cabin has a private front deck, private BBQ & outdoor breakfast bar with ocean view. The property manager lives onsite in a separate managers residence 20 metres from the cabin. There is another cabin called "Paradise" advertised in a separate listing joined only via a shared decking. Both "Sunrise" & "Paradise" cabins are available for booking together under a separate listing called "Diamond in the rough". No Wifi on the property as we are digital detox, however Telstra 5G is available. This property is 7km away from Agnes Water main beach & 15 minute drive to 1770. Beach towels are provided. No pets are allowed. This is one bedroom cabin therefore it is not suitable for families.

1. Check-in/Check-out - Check-in : after 3pm - Check-out : before 10am - Late check-out is available only if there are no same day arrivals and must be requested at check in. 2. Quiet hours (9pm-7am) - Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm to respect the peaceful environment and wildlife. - No partying & no smoking on the property. 3. Visitors - Only registed guests are permitted on the property. If friends/families are visiting, please let the on-site manager know. 4. No firepit allowed onsite unless an approved permission from on-site manager. 5. Eco-friendly living - As this is a fully off-grid cabin, please be mindful of power and water usage. - Biodegradable shampoos & shower balls are provided as suitable for septic tank. - The cabin is fully off-grid and operates on a septic system. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Flushing other items may cause blockages and damage. (No wipes, sanitary products, or other items) 6. Pets - Pets are not allowed permitted on the property. Cleaning - Please leave the cabin/BBQ tidy on departure. - Rubbish and recycling should be placed in the bins provided. 7. Wildlife - Do not feed or approach wildlife. Keep doors closed to avoid uninvited animal visitors.
